How long does delivery take?

How do I track my order?
If you haven't yet received a tracking number, it just means we're working on processing your order. You'll receive an automated notification with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking your order:
- You can log in to your account and select 'Track my Order' tab
- Checked out as a guest? We currently use two couriers for all New Zealand orders so if your tracking number does not work for the Courier-Post portal, please use the SEKO portal. Pop the tracking number (can be found in your tracking email) into the tracking portals below to follow your Hype DC order.
Note: It can take anywhere between 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become available on the courier's website.
Only received part of your order?
We ship from multiple warehouses. You'll receive separate tracking emails and shipping times will vary depending on the location it has been dispatched from.READ FULL ARTICLE
What is authority to leave (ATL)?
By ticking the box or selecting 'yes' at the checkout page on the website, you’ve selected to have our nominated courier leave your parcel at your unattended premises in accordance with your instructions.
You agree that the parcel is deemed ‘delivered’ when left at your premises.
Although the courier will use their discretion, if they do not think it is safe to leave your parcel unattended, they will take your parcel to your local post office and will leave a card to call. Please note, the post office will only hold your order for up to 10 business days before returning it to the sender.
Please note: Hype DC will not be held liable for any stock loss, due to theft or negligence if an authority to leave is selected at the time of checkout, and proof of delivery has been provided from our courier.
If you have been notified that your order has been delivered, but you're unable to locate it please:
- Check your tracking details. Your order may have been taken to your local Post Office.
- Check the surroundings of your property/mailbox. The courier may leave your order in a partially obscured spot to keep it safely away from street view.

How much is shipping?
For orders over $130, shipping is free. Any orders under $130 will incur a flat fee of $10.READ FULL ARTICLE
I only received one item, where is the rest?
Please note: Due to disruptions in flight schedules as a result of COVID-19 restrictions, we are experiencing delays. Our team are working hard to ensure you get your order as soon as possible.
Only received part of your order?
If you have ordered a few items, we may need to fulfil your order from multiple locations. This means we will pack and ship your items separately and therefore some items may arrive at a later date, even though you ordered everything together. We call this a split order.
How do I track the rest of my order?
If your order has been split, you will receive an email with your tracking details for each separate delivery.
Please note: You won't receive both tracking numbers at the same time as they will be dispatched separately, from different locations, which means different dispatch times.
If your order arrives and you're missing one or more items, we recommend double checking your emails to see if you've received any additional tracking numbers. If not, feel free to contact our Customer Experience Team below and we can provide you with tracking updates.

Do I need to be home for delivery?
If you select Authority to Leave (ATL)* at the checkout the courier driver will leave your parcel in a safe place if you're not home.
If they deem it unsafe to leave your parcel unattended, they'll leave a collection card and you can collect your parcel from your local post office. Please note, the Post Office will only hold your order for up to 10 business days before returning it to the sender.
*If you would prefer that your order is not dispatched with Authority to Leave, make sure that ATL is left unchecked before placing your order.
Can my delivery be upgraded to reach me faster?
Once your order is placed, we're unable to upgrade or change the delivery method.
